Description
Special fruits and foods – pomegranate (symbolizes fertility due to number of seeds ) and the colour red in both pomegranate and watermelon symbolizes sun and happiness. Almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, dried fruits and figs. Everyone enjoys gathering together, eating, drinking and reading poetry till midnight. roses and candles are usually red. The candles bring light to he long nights.
