Have you ever gone for a drive up the Slocan Valley and seen the sheep and turkeys, the dinosaur statues, the river to go for a float, all the hidden gems and large gems called mountains? The Valhalla Range so big with many peaks and ridges but perhaps on your drive coming back through to the junction you see Frog Peak Mountain only for a little while as you go through the twisties and then a straight stretch just long enough for you to see snow on the top then it disappears behind another mountain side.
